Fitlumio Terms of Use

1. Service provider

The Fitlumio service is provided by Rafał Uzdowski. Contact: [email protected].

2. Account

You create an account by signing in with Apple or Google. You can use the app without an account. You can delete your account at any time in the app or in the panel.

3. Age

The service is intended for persons who are at least 16 years old.

4. AI coach and plans

Lumio's plans, tips and answers are for information only and do not constitute medical advice. Before you start training, especially if you have health problems, consult a doctor. Stop exercising if you feel pain or feel unwell.

5. Rules of use

You must not use the service unlawfully, attempt to gain access to other people's accounts or load the servers in a way that disrupts their operation.

6. Personal data

The rules for processing personal data are described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Changes and complaints

We will inform you about changes to these Terms of Use in the app. Send complaints and questions to the contact address; we will reply within 14 days.
